The Oasis operates primarily as a performing arts studio.
If you wish to host a class, seminar, dance nite, workshop, show, practice session for your musicians, dancers, limited business meetings, presentations, etc, please contact the Oasis at: (937) 620-1678 or email: Kira@KirasOasis.com so that we can discuss it.
The typical cost for renting the studio is $75 per hour with a $200 cleaning deposit and 50% of your total rental due as a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The cleaning deposit will be kept if there is excessive clean up or repair required after your rental use, such as wine, chocolate, curry or colored cake frosting spilled on the carpet. The complete cleanup requirements can be found in the Exhibit "A" Rental Form.
The Oasis has a maximum capacity of 75 people, so please be sure that your party or event will not exceed that amount.
When you rent the Oasis for your event, the Oasis will provide:
- 17 6-foot rectanglular banquet tables that seat 3 people on each side and 1 person on each end
for a total of up to 8 people per table - 7 5-foot rectanglular banquet tables that seat 2 people on each side and 1 person on each end
for a total of up to 6 people per table - 73 taupe-colored padded chairs
The cost for the use of the Oasis chairs & tables is included in the price per hour for the studio rental. If you want different tables or chairs, you must rent them from an outside organization such as I have listed below and have them delivered.
Please note that the Oasis does not provide:
- Set up assistance
- Linens or other table service
- Decorations or decorating assistance
- In-house catering
- Clean-up assistance
