Zumba Classes

When coming to the ZUMBA classes at the Oasis you will complete this form - Zumba Class Sheet PDF. You can either download it, print it, complete it and bring it with you or fill one out for us when you arrive.

You will also need to fill out the Oasis Membership form if you are NEW to the studio. You can print it out ahead of time as well by following this link - Oasis Membership Form PDF

So remember - TWO forms: The Zumba class sheet and the Oasis Membership - either fill them out when you come for the first time, or print them off and fill out ahead of time - either way is fine!!

ZUMBA COST - All Zumba Classes: $10.00 per Drop-In class or 10 classes for $60 on a "ZUMBA" punch card.

NOTE: The Zumba punch card is different than the Belly Dance punch card and they are NOT interchangeable because of price differences.

Starting on TUESDAY September 16th 5:30-6:10pm TONE with Tabra

WHAT IS TONE w/Tabra?
This is a 40-minute class that boosts and enhances your regular cardio workout by adding an element of strength training to your fitness goals. It focuses on toning with weights and bands, and a concentration on abs.

**Participants need to bring their own hand weights; 2 sets of 3, 4 or 5 lbs is recommended, higher weight at your own discretion, a yoga mat & comfortable clothes.

ZUMBA instructor, Tabra makes us sweat every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday!! Bring a friend for the FIRST time who buys a punch card and you get a free class!! If you don't know what Zumba is, check out: www.ZumbaOhio.com Tabra will dance us to better fitness with this fun, innovative approach incorporating Latin, Ragae, Belly Dance and much more!! Drop in any time - no on-going commitment is necessary!! Comfortable clothes, tennis shoes. Hope you can join us!!
