The Oasis operates primarily as a performing arts studio so we strive to keep it in pristine condition.
If you wish to host a class, seminar, dance nite, workshop, show, practice session for your musicians, dancers, limited business meetings, presentations, etc, please contact the Oasis at: (937) 620-1678 or email: Kira@KirasOasis.com so that we can discuss it.
As each desired “use” of the studio is different, please call the studio or email the studio to plan and price out your event.
Desired decorating ideas must also be discussed as there are some limitations that may apply.
A copy of the *Rental Contract, *Price/Use form and *Cleanup Requirements form (3 forms) will be prepared and supplied to the renter on an individual basis.
** A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% of the agreed upon rental price is due to secure the date for your function.
Once your date is secure, we will post it on our Calendar displaying the time held for your event and if it is a Private Function
or Public Event. If it is a Public Event and you would like it listed as such on our website to assist you with driving
exposure/marketing/attendance at your event, if you desire.
In “most” rental cases, a $200 cleaning deposit is required as part of the rental agreement and will be returned
via check mailed to the address you supply in your contract upon satisfactory cleanup requirements being met.
The cleaning deposit will be kept if there is excessive clean up
or repair required after your rental use, such as; wine, chocolate, curry sauces or colored cake frosting spilled on the
carpet, damage to the facility, etc which results in professional cleaning or repair. A full list of
cleanup requirements will be supplied when rental contract is issued.
The Oasis has a comfortable capacity of 100 people. If you feel your event may exceed this amount, it needs to be discussed in advance and agreed upon in the contract.
The use of the following items is included in your rental amount if needed:
- 17 6-foot white rectanglular banquet tables that seat 3 people on each side and 1 person on each end
for a total of up to 8 people per table - 7 5-foot off-white rectanglular banquet tables that seat 2 people on each side and 1 person on each end
for a total of up to 6 people per table - 75 taupe-colored padded chairs
- 12 padded folding chairs
Many table/chair configurations are possible to accomodate your guests such as putting tables end to end or seating
Theater Style, etc. Let us help you design the best fit for your vision!
** If you want different tables or chairs, you must rent them from an outside organization and have them delivered. Links to suggested companies providing such services are listed on this page.
Please note that the Oasis does not provide:
- Set up assistance
- Linens or other table service
- Decorations or decorating assistance – Some RESTRICTIONS apply!
- In-house food/bar catering
- Clean-up assistance
