Kira’s Oasis is a dance studio and banquet hall available for rent with a
free private club membership requirement of all participants for entrance.
General Overview
If you want to teach a class in this beautiful facility, you simply pay the
studio rental fee, sign the membership form if you are not already a member,
have all your students and other participants sign the membership form if they
are not already members and the rest is up to you. You will be required to
pay the rental fee two weeks in advance of using the facility for the given
month, for the time you schedule to use the hall. Rental fees will be charged
one month at a time, based on the amount of time you rent the hall.
All marketing, enrollment, materials, equipment and all other class
responsibilities are up to you. Kira’s Oasis can assist you by posting your
information on our website as well as allowing your flyers to be displayed on
the literature table at the studio. Kira’s Oasis is a lovely place for people
to come to be educated, enjoy many events and have a less expensive venue for
having various activities. Filling up your class with enough people to pay
the hall rent and achieving your financial goals for the class is entirely
your responsibility. You will not be allowed to enter the hall to conduct
class if you have an outstanding rental amount. There are no refunds for
unused time for which you have booked, unless the facility must cancel your
time for some reason. That is, you must pay for the time you rent whether you
actually use it or not. Rental time must also include any time you will be in
the facility for the class whether it is the actual class time or not (such as
before class enrollment activities, after class discussions with students, etc.)
Given such, we expect that most classes will require renting the hall at least
30 minutes more per session than the actual class time (for example, a 90 minute
class will most likely require 120 minutes of studio rental per class session.)
Fee Structure and Other Requirements
The hourly rental rate is currently $20.00 per hour for an on-going class/event where
“on-going” is defined as at least four sessions per month with the class being conducted
at least two consecutive months. An on-going event is defined as once a month for at
least three consecutive months.
The hourly rental rate is currently $30.00 per hour for any class/event
that does not meet the “on-going” requirements as defined above.
Kira’s Oasis club membership is required of all teachers, students, observers
and any one else who will be in the studio during your rental time. No one will
be allowed to teach or participate in any class/event if they are not a member
of Kira’s Oasis before the start of class/event.
