Dance Studio & Hall PLEASE NOTE: The Oasis operates Primarily as a performing arts studio. RENTAL USE IS BY “CONSIDERATION” ONLY !! “Party” Rental has become an issue and in order to keep Kira’s Oasis the LOVELY place it is, we are being more selective about rental use now. If you wish to host a class, seminar, dance nite, workshop, show, practice session for your musicians, dancers, limited business meetings, etc, please contact the Oasis at: (937) 620-1678 or email: Kira@KirasOasis.com so that we can discuss it. If you would like to rent the studio space for a business meeting during the day, presentations, etc., things like this might be considered. Please contact us! This is a great place for a business meeting that includes wall screen projection capability. Typically renting the studio is $75 per hour with a $200 deposit. There are forms to be signed such as the Oasis Membership form, a standard rental contract and a worksheet entitled Exhibit “A”, that helps determine your costs. OASIS MAXIMUM CAPACITY IS: 100 PEOPLE IN TOTAL! Large functions cannot be accomodated and 75 people is more deal and more likely the size event that will be approved for being allowed to use the studio for your gathering. Tables for use on site included in the price per hour for rental: ** 17 6ft rectangle banquet tables that seat 6 people comfortably on each side or 2 more people can sit on the ends totaling 8 people. ** 7 5ft rectangle banquet tables that seat 4 people comfortably on each side or 2 more people can site on the ends totaling 6 people. ** 73 taupe colored chairs are available. If you require 100 in total, you can rent the additional 28 chairs and have them delivered by an outside rental company. If you want different tables, you must also rent them and have them delivered. The Oasis does *NOT* provide: Set up, linens or table service, decorations or decorating assistance, in-house catering, or clean up. Renters are required to return the Oasis to the cleanliness you found it, including the carpets or your deposit WILL be kept. **** Please keep in mind that the capacity of your event can NOT exceed 100 guests *****. This facility does not accomodate large functions, the smaller more intimate gathering is ideal for this location.
