PLEASE NOTE:
The Oasis operates Primarily as a performing arts studio.
RENTAL USE IS BY “CONSIDERATION” ONLY !!
“Party” Rental has become an issue and in order to keep Kira’s Oasis the LOVELY place it is,
we are being more selective about rental use now.
If you wish to host a class, seminar, dance nite, workshop, show, practice
session for your musicians, dancers, limited business meetings, etc, please contact the Oasis at:

so that we can discuss it.
If you would like to rent the studio space for a business meeting during the day, presentations,
etc., things like this might be considered. Please contact us! This is a great place for a business
meeting that includes wall screen projection capability.
Typically renting the studio is $75 per hour with a $200 Cleaning deposit and a NON-Refundable 50% of your total rental
fee due as an initial deposit to secure the date you desire. There are 3 forms to be signed: the
Oasis Membership form, a standard rental contract
and a worksheet that helps determine your costs and details what your responsibilities to the studio are as
the renter – some of the clean up after your event is your responsibility that if not fulfilled will result in
portions or the entire Cleaning deposit being kept by the Oasis. Large or difficult to remove spills on the carpet
will result in the Cleaning deposit being kept in full.
When you contact us about your rental needs and we decide it is a good fit, you will fill out the 3 required forms
for which there are links below, pay your deposits and you will be on your way to a happy event at Kira’s Oasis.
